Epoxy Resin Based Grout

 

Description:

Three Component – Low exothern epoxy Resin Grout..This is specially formulated for application of grouts where high strength, free flow and chemical resistance are required. This can be used for grouting gap width between 15 mm to 75 mm.

 

Advantages/Benefits:

  • It is resistant to chemicals and resists attack by a wide range of acids,alkalies,oils etc.,
  • Gives high strength at early and final stages.
  • Has excellent flowability
  • Has got excellent dynamic load resistance, which is due to its tensile and flexible strengths. BONDIT GROUT EP2 has got very good bond strength with concrete and steel.
  • It  is designed for non-shrink.
  • It  controls very effectively Creep and it is minimised even under continuous loads

 

Areas of Application:

Can be used as free flow grout where mechanical properties and Chemical Resistance of High Order are Required.

 

Precautions:

It has to be applied at ambient temperature, between 5 deg c to 35 deg c whereas they can resist ambient temperature up to 45 deg c to 50 deg c. When thicker section above 75mm i.e., (gap width above 75 mm has to be grouted then
